As our Induction Facilitator, you’ll be the first friendly face our new team members meet—setting the tone for what it truly means to be part of the Civeo team. You’ll create memorable onboarding experiences that blend practical know‑how with our values, fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment from the very start. Whether online or in person, you’ll engage, inform, and inspire every new hire—and make every induction moment count. Located at our Village in Middlemount, you’ll be supporting our new starters for work in remote Villages across the Bowen Basin and Blackwater regions. This is a full time fixed-term contract, until October 2026, with the possibility to extend until early 2027. FIFO is available from Brisbane, or DIDO with 9:5 roster to suit your lifestyle. The Role (What you’ll do) Deliver engaging and interactive onboarding sessions that make every new starter feel valued and ready to succeed— both face-to-face, online Maintain and update onboarding materials to reflect current policies, procedures, and organizational values Work closely with the wider People & Culture team, IT, and Operations to deliver seamless onboarding experiences Listen to feedback and use it to make each session better than the last Champion inclusion by adapting sessions to diverse learning styles and backgrounds Track participation and keep records up-to-date for compliance About You (What you’ll bring) Certificate or diploma in Training & Assessment, Human Resources, or a related field (desirable) Experience leading onboarding or training sessions, with an aptitude for engaging groups Excellent communication, presentation delivery and relationship-building skills Confident public speaker, comfortable with digital learning tools and flexible delivery formats.
